The Haight Bench Young Women made it to the Semi-Finals (Final Four). A special CONGRATULATIONS to our Baer Creek Young Women who won the Young Women's Tournament Championship!! Great job ladies!
The South Bench Teachers made it to the Quarterfinals. The Windridge Priests played very well and made it to the Semi-Finals in the Priests' Bracket. The Fox Pointe Men's team also made it to the Semi-Finals.
The Stake Sports Councils recognize the outstanding showing of our wards in the Region Tournaments and appreciate all who participated there. We also want to thank all of those who made this basketball season a success, including those who gave countless hours of their own time, through their service. A special thank you to our Stake Officials, who we really appreciate. Thanks for your service guys!
We'd also like to thank and commend all of you on the outstanding sportsmanship exhibited in the Stake this year. We all really took it up a notch on the Young Men's and Men's side (the Young Women are always great and never have any problems in this area). This was a big area of improvement noticed by all. We are confident we can carry this tone into future years.
