We
are excited for another volleyball season. All games will be played at the
Stake Center.
Please be at the church 10 minutes before game time so we can get lineups filled out.

You
can play with 4 players if you have to in stake play, but if your team makes it
to region you will need at least 6 players. Girls need to play with your
team at least once in stake games to be eligible to play at region.
Teams will forfeit 5 minutes after game time if they do not have the
needed 4 players. There will be 3 sets in each game. If a team forfeits the
first set but has at least 4 players by the start of the second set, they will
not forfeit the second or third set, if needed. As a reminder, girls who play
on the high school team cannot play church ball.
*****Please
remind the girls they need to be dressed appropriately to play church
ball. SHORTS MUST REACH THE
BOTTOM OF THEIR FINGERS WHEN HANDS ARE EXTENDED AT THEIR SIDES!!! NO TANK TOPS AND THEY NEED GYM SHOES.
NO FLIP FLOPS. Please remember good sportsmanship. We
are all playing to have fun.
We will be using good sportsmanship points = 0 to 5 points. Referees and score
keepers determine earning/loss of points.
If
there is a (P) next to your ward name we will ask that someone from your ward
give the prayer before your game. We are excited to see you and your cute girls. GOOD LUCK TO
EVERYONE!
