Basketball final week and region info

Here's the schedule for the last week of stake basketball games before region begins on March 1.  

For those teams going to region - coaches should plan to attend the region meeting Feb 25 at 6:30 pm at the stake center:

There is a mandatory pre-tournament coaches and officials meeting set for Sunday, February 25th at 6:30 p.m. at the Haight Creek Stake Center.  Coaches are required to turn in their completed roster forms at this meeting on February 25th (no exceptions).  This means signatures for all participants, parental signatures for youth, bishop signatures, waiver forms if required and so on.  Teams cannot participate without completed / signed rosters and due to the impact on building schedules, brackets, and other teams, we can’t accommodate receiving these late as tournament play starts next week as well.

FINAL ROSTERS ARE NEEDED by Sunday Feb 25.

You can come to the stake center and sign your rosters on THURSDAY 7-8:45 PM, Feb 22.  The rosters will be at the scorers table during the young women games.  Send all your players and parents to come and sign.  

These are the teams who will be going to region.  Please let me know that you've received this info and that your teams will be able to attend the games.
